Enjoy a SuperFood Smoothies anytime, in place of nutritionally empty coffee or sodas.
Begin with 1/8 teaspoon, increasing gradually up to 4 teaspoons/day.
Take as 1-2 teaspoons in the morning, and again in the evening.
