Hello!
The Ionic Foot Spa should last around 500 uses with proper care and cleaning. Have you done a really good soak on the rods with CLR? This should be done after about every 4 or 5 uses. You can also switch the switch each time to prolong the use of each rod.
If you are looking for a replacement, you will have to contact the company directly. Salus Per Aquam does offer a limited warranty.
